Based on audience response during and after the performance, the "Sounds of Hope" Concert was a resounding success. From a review of  the YouTube postings, however, it is most likely that those who have critical ears for music would say that the performance could still undergo lots of improvements. The performance shortcomings can be traced partly to poor lighting and acoustics.  I am sure that these will be addressed in  video recordings of future concerts. More choir practices and more male volunteer choir members can go a long way towards producing  a superlative concert performance.

It seems we have underestimated the fund-raising capabilities of the Sounds of Hope concert. Only 500 tickets were produced hence, easily sold out. Next time we should produce a thousand or more tickets.

At any rate, congratulations to all the choir member, particularly the choir director, Mary Ann Dalde and Organist, Marjorie Laoyan Longid.
