In keeping with St. John's commitment to our
inter-generational and multi-cultural congregation, many openings exist
for young and adult members to join the choir and use their voices in
harmony with God's service. Participation in our choirs is a unique
mission for each member, and one that benefits the entire congregation.
Interested choir members may contact the Choir Director, Mary Ann Dalde
or the Organist, Margorie Laoyan Longid.
Mary Ann Dalde is a registered nurse.
Notwithstanding her busy schedule, she endeavors to share some of
her time and talents with the music ministry of St. Johns Flushing.
Marjorie is a Physical Therapist. Like Mary Ann
she still finds time from her busy schedule to teach Sunday School and
play the organ during our Sunday Eucharist as well as during special
occasions.
Let's give them the support they deserve by
joining the choir.
